愛知県出身。2017年日本女子体育大学舞踊学専攻卒業後、2019年に渡英。2022年Trinity Laban MA Creative Practice: Dance Professional 修了後、ロンドンを拠点にJody Oberfielder、Marie Chabert、Shobana Jeyasingh等の作品に出演する他、自身のソロ作品を国内外のフェスティバルで上演。2025年3月に日本帰国後、愛知県を拠点に国内外での活動を模索している。10 Sentidos Choreography Competition, YDC 2024 Competition Ⅰファイナリスト。
